Dr. Santhosh J. Eapen Ph.D is the present Director-in-Charge of ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR), Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He holds a Doctorate in Nematology from the University of Calicut. His Areas of Interest are Molecular characterization of nematodes, Biological control of nematodes, Bioinformatics and Knowledge management.

He has published more than 15 research –based papers and more than 301 articles in various professional and scientific journals. Fr. Bijo Abraham holds a Master's degree in Social work (MSW) from Mumbai University in India.  He served the Diocese as the Parish Priest in several parishes and as the Director of Vianey Priest home. He was the coordinator of the Kaval Project initiated by Women and child development, Kerala state. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE) and also the director of the Centre for Overall Development, the social wing of the diocese of Thamarassery.

Rev. Dr. Abraham Pulinchuvattil holds a Doctorate in Moral Theology from Pontifical Holy Cross University Rome, a Master Degree in Bioethics, from Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at Gemelli, Rome, Italy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Bioethics from Pontifical University of Regina Apostolorum, Rome, Italy.
He is the Founder Director of Pope John Paul II Institute of Counselling and Bioethics, and served the diocese in various significant roles such as Director of Family Apostolate, Director of Diocesan Pro-life Movement, Director of Pastoral and Missionary Orientation Centre (PMOC), Member of Diocesan College of Consultors, Member of Diocesan Financial Council. He is a former member of Pontifical Academy of Life, Rome, Italy (2006-2016). He is also the Founder Director of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE), the first institute in India for the study and research in the field of Food and Agricultural Ethics.

Rev. Dr. Remigiose Maria Paul Inchananiyil is the current Bishop of Thamarassery. He holds Doctorate in Oriental Canon Law from Pontifical Holy Cross University Rome, Italy. He is the Chairman of Kerala Catholic Bishops' Council’s (KCBC) Commission for Indian Farmers Movement (INFAM). He is a steadfast promoter of Farmers’ rights and supporter of biodiversity and environment protection. He is the founder of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE), the first institute in India for the study and research in the field of Food and Agricultural Ethics.

Fr. Benny Punnoose Mundanatte is the Chancellor of the Diocese of Thamarassery and the Managing Director of Rashtra Deepika Ltd, the first Malayalam Newspaper. He holds a Licentiate in Oriental Canon Law, from Dharmaram Vidya Kshetra, Bangalore. He served the diocese as Diocesan Director of Catechism and Bible Apostolates, Resident Manager and the Director of Rashtra Deepika Ltd, Director of Bethania Renewal Centre and Member of Diocesan Finance Council, Member of college of Eparchial Consulters and Eparchial Judge. Very. Rev. Msgr. John Oravumkara is the Protosyncellus of the diocese of Thamarassery. He served the diocese as Syncellus of the diocese, Member of College of Eparchial Consultors, Director of Pastoral Missionary Orientation Centre (PMOC) and Director of Good Shepherd Priest Home. He is also the Vice-President of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE).

Rev. Dr. Abraham Kavilpurayidathil is the Chancellor and Public Relation Officer of the Major Archiepiscopal Curia of the Syro Malabar Church. He holds a Doctorate in Oriental Canon law from the Pontifical Oriental institute, Rome and Licentiate in Latin Canon Law from Pontifical Holy Cross University, Rome. He served the Diocese as Diocesan Chancellor, Diocesan Public Relations Officer, Member College of Consultors and Eparchial Judge. He is a visiting faculty and prominent public speaker. He is also the member of the Board of Administration of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE).

Very. Rev. Fr. Kuriakose Mukala is the current Financial Officer of the Diocese of Thamarassery. He served the Diocese as the Parish Priest in several Parishes and also as the Vocation Promotor, the Manager of Alphonsa College at Thiruvampady and the Manager of Alphonsa School at Thamarassery. He is also a Member of Diocesan College of Consultors, Chairman of the Diocesan Financial Council and the member of the Board of Administration of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics (IFAE).

Dr. John Joseph is a 1983 batch IRS (Customs and Central excise) officer and a recipient of the Presidential award for Meritorious Service retired as Special Secretary to the Government of India and Member and Chairman of the CBIC (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs). Out of his 37 years of Government Service, he has served 12 years in the DRI (Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) in various capacities and served for two years as the first Principal Director General of the GST Intelligence (DGGI).

As Special Secretary to the Government of India he was head of the Tax Policy division of the CBIC dealing with annual budgets and GST tax rates for three years As head of the Nhava Sheva Customs which handles 55% of the total volume of containers coming to India, introduced DPD (Direct Port Delivery) for both imports and exports which has been hailed as a path breaking reform by all stakeholders which led to 70 percent savings on cost and time of import/export as borne out in an independent study by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

A graduate of Veterinary Science with a Master’s in Veterinary Surgery he is a Law Graduate and a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA). A diploma holder in Alternate Dispute Resolution from NALSAR (National Law University Hyderabad) is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London (ACIarb) and is a member of the Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) of the National Highway Authority of India.

He has served as Director in the National Chemical weapons Authority of India and GST Network, the portal which controls the GST in India. He also served as Director in Sami Sabinsa Corporation, an Indian MNC dealing in Nutraceuticals.

Dr. Jose Antony (MSW, Ph. D, & PGDHRM) is a Post graduate with the doctoral degree in Social Work. He was the Head of the Department of Social Work SSUS Kalady, Kerala for 14 years and at present is a Professor in the Department. Currently he is the president of the Association of Schools of Social Work in Kerala (ASSK). He was the Director of the Planning and Development Department of the SSUS. He also is the director of the Career Guidance and Counseling Centre and Equal Opportunity Cell of the University. He has twenty five years of post-graduate teaching and Training experience in the Social Work Education sector. He is also an approved research guide of both the Mahatma Gandhi University and Sree Sankaracharya University.

He serves at different Universities as the Member or Chairman of various academic administration boards and councils. He has published four books along with more than 25 research based articles in various professional journals and magazines. He has presented more than hundred academic papers in different national and International seminar/conference. He is an acclaimed trainer on Creativity, Development, Professional Competencies, Personality Profiles, Developmental projects and programmes and Socio Cultural Analyses. He is an active researcher on various issues related to human development and social processes. He is also a vibrant research trainer in the development sector. He is also the faculty member of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Ethics(IFAE).

Jose George IPS (Rtd.) Native of Peravoor Kannur District, was born into a Sports family - the eldest among the 10 children of Kudakkachira George Joseph and Mary. Schooling at Peravoor and College education from St Joseph's College Devagiri and St. Thomas College Palai. Represented Calicut and Kerala Universities in Volleyball in the year 1970-71 to 1975 and Kerala state from 1973 to 1981. Represented India in the 1978 Asian Games held at Bangkok. Recipient of G. V. Raja Award in the year 1979. Coach of Kerala men and women Volleyball teams in the years 1988-1991 and Asst. Coach of Indian Volleyball team in the year 1991. He joined the Kerala Police Department in the year 1975 and was promoted to the IPS Cadre from 1993.

Worked as Commandant of 4 Armed Police Battalions and Supdt. of Police Kasaragod, Wayanad, Crime Branch, Vigilance, Police Training college and Asst. Inspector General at Police Headquarters. Worked as DIG Training at Kerala Police Academy and DIG Co-operative Vigilance. On being promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police worked as Inspector General of Police Training & Director Kerala Police Academy. While working as Inspector General of Police Kannur Range retired on 30-06-2013. Recipient of the President's Police Medals for Meritorious Service in the year 2004 and Distinguished Service in the year 2013.

Dr. Manuel Thomas M.Sc. Ph.D is a Postgraduate with the doctoral degree in Microbiology. He has more than 19 years of rich experience in Research & Development, Project Execution and Teaching Microbiology to Graduate and Postgraduate students. He has proven track- record of participating in various research projects with real-time experience in planning, execution, application of methodologies, documentation and presentation of findings.
